The annual meeting of ICCAT – The International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas – will take place 11-19 November 2011 in Istanbul.
One issue that will be aired at the meeting is the evidence that illegal tuna fishing has taken place inside Libyan waters during this year’s conflict there.
