FIS: Three Spanish longliners sanctioned
Mozambique has sanctioned three Spanish longline vessels for failing to comply with catch documentation rules. The vessels, operating under the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the EU and the Republic of Mozambique, did not report their catch on board when entering and leaving the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), a serious infraction under Mozambican fisheries legislation.
