Eurekalert: China tops world in catch and consumption of fish
China leads the world in tonnage of fish caught as well as the amount of fish consumed, according to new findings published in the October edition of National Geographic. The SeafoodPrint study, led by Daniel Pauly, ranks the top 20 nations that have the greatest impact on ocean ecosystems through catching or consuming marine wildlife.
