says Hans Corell, Ambassador and former Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs and the Legal Counsel of the United Nations, commenting the EU fisheries agreement with Morocco in an interview in the Swedish daily Svenska Dagbladet.

According to Corell,  it´s “crystal clear” that Morocco does not have the right to exploit western Saharan natural resources if it goes against the people of Western Saharas benefits and wishes.
